Hi, I’m Maria Luisa Ruiz. I blend hypnotherapy, astrology, body and energy work, Reiki, and breathwork to help you find clarity, healing, and self-empowerment. My approach is all about aligning with your natural rhythms, creating space for transformation, and fostering balance in both body and mind.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I love connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and understood. Alongside my healing work, I’m also a language professor in the City University of New York (CUNY) system, where I share my passion for communication and connection.

 

I am a certified yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and a long-time practitioner of transformative disciplines like meditation, Vedic chant, and most recently holotropic breathwork. These tools help me bring an integrative and grounded approach to every session, blending practical techniques with intuitive insight.
